Mac Surprise

Mac Surprise *****

1 box pasta elbows
2 cans of Chickpeas 
1 can of corn
24 oz chicken broth
1 can green chiles
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 Spanish sausages chopped
1 lb leftover skirt steak shredded
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 packets Goya seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Set the Instant Pot to sauté and put in the olive oil, onion and sausage.  Sauté until the onion is soft. 

Add 24 oz of broth and Goya seasoning.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Mix. 

Add macaroni and mix. 

Add remaining ingredients except the diced tomatoes.  Mix. 

Add the diced tomatoes and leave them on the top.  Do not mix. 

Cook for 4 minutes
